Mogotón Coffee Origins

This page explains what happens to the details you give us when you request our coffee list. It is deliberately short, because we do very little with them.
Mogotón Coffee Origins is a brand of Buhl Origin SL, a company registered in Spain, based in Ajalvir, Madrid. We are the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at martin@buhlorigin.com.
Only what you type into the form on this site: your name, your company, your email address, and any notes you choose to add. Nothing else, and nothing you have not entered yourself.
To send you our current coffee list, to answer you, and to let you know when new lots land in our warehouse. The legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the box on the form. This is a business-to-business list: we contact you in your professional capacity as a coffee buyer.
Our email is sent through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which stores the list on our behalf within the EU. The site itself is hosted by Netlify. We do not sell, rent, share or trade your details with anyone else — not with other importers, not with roasters, not with anybody.
For as long as you want to hear from us. If you unsubscribe, we remove you from the mailing list. If you ask us to delete your record entirely, we do that too. We review the list periodically and remove contacts who have had no contact with us for three years.
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
Email martin@buhlorigin.com and we will deal with it — normally the same week, and in any case within one month. Every email we send also carries an unsubscribe link, which works immediately and needs no explanation.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, or to the equivalent authority in your own country.
This page and the main site set no tracking cookies and run no analytics. If you click a link in one of our emails, Brevo records that click so we know the list is reaching people — you can turn that off by unsubscribing.
